Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using USDT Crypto Card ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. USDT Crypto Card reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The Service is available to users worldwide, subject to the restrictions outlined in these terms. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use USDT Crypto Card.
Service Description
USDT Crypto Card provides virtual Visa and Mastercard prepaid cards that can be funded using cryptocurrency. Our service operates without Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. Cards are issued for online transactions including advertising, subscriptions, and general purchases.
- Virtual card issuance with multiple BIN options
- Cryptocurrency deposits in 10 assets (BTC, ETH, SOL, USDT, BNB, TRX, POL, LTC, AVAX, ARB), converted to USDT
- Dashboard for card management, funding, and transaction monitoring
- REST API for programmatic card operations
- 3D Secure 2.0 authentication support
Account & Authentication
Accounts are created using a unique seed phrase generated at signup, which is your login. Before you can deposit or issue cards you must confirm an email address; it is used for account security, recovery and service notifications, not to verify your identity. Two-factor authentication (an authenticator app with backup codes) is optional. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your seed phrase, your email account and your 2FA codes. If you lose your seed phrase and can no longer use your confirmed email, access to your account and any remaining balance may be permanently lost.
You agree not to share your seed phrase with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
Card Usage
Virtual cards issued through USDT Crypto Card are prepaid instruments intended for legitimate online purchases. Each card is subject to the following conditions:
- Cards may only be used for lawful transactions in jurisdictions where such use is permitted
- Virtual accounts have fixed limits per transaction and per month, the same for every card type; Platinum accounts have no spending limit
- Cards are non-transferable and intended for use by the account holder only
- Merchants may decline transactions at their discretion regardless of available balance
- Cards can be added to Apple Pay and Google Pay for contactless payments where supported
Crypto Funding & Deposits
USDT Crypto Card accepts deposits in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), Tether (USDT, ERC-20), BNB, TRON (TRX), Polygon (POL), Litecoin (LTC), Avalanche (AVAX) and Arbitrum (ARB). Every deposit is converted to USDT (ERC-20) and credited to your balance after the required number of blockchain confirmations. A confirmed email address is required before you can deposit.
- Deposit amounts are converted to USDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation; your balance is always held in USDT
- USDT Crypto Card is not responsible for losses due to cryptocurrency price fluctuations between the time a transaction is initiated and confirmed
- Deposits sent to incorrect wallet addresses or on unsupported networks cannot be recovered
- Minimum deposit amounts may apply depending on the cryptocurrency used
- A funding fee of 2% applies to deposits below $300; deposits of $300 or more are fee-free, as outlined on the pricing page
Fees & Pricing
USDT Crypto Card charges a $1 issuance fee per card, $0.30 per approved card transaction, and a 2% funding fee on deposits below $300; deposits of $300 or more are fee-free.
